A long overdue specialized homeshow for the Greater Montreal housing market!

On the heels of the Cottage and Country Homes Show, an event catering to the countryside housing market, ExpoPromotion Inc. launches a second homeshow, this time to thoroughly cover the Montreal-area housing market. The City and Suburb HomeShow, to be held at the Olympic Stadium from March 12 to 15, 2009, offers all the advantages of specialization: a short, intense time period (4 days), 50,000 targeted customers looking to buy, and relevant exhibitors specializing in construction, real-estate development, housing-based services and construction/renovation products and services, from foundation to roof. The City and Suburb HomeShow offers home buyers a complete, specialized showcase of what’s available in terms of housing (condos, single-family dwellings, duplexes, multiplexes, etc.), lot sales, housing developments and products and services related to the construction/renovation industry in the Greater Montreal area. The 50,000 visitors expected at the Show’s first edition are divided mainly among young households in search of a starter home, professionals looking for housing adapted to their needs, baby boomers downscaling to a smaller home or condo and investors and business people looking for bargains. Notice to all real-estate developers and construction companies operating in the Greater Montreal area: There is still time to sign up and join the ranks of the industry leaders participating in the City and Suburb HomeShow! The enthusiasm of industry professionals for this new commercial platform geared toward construction is proof that the timing is right. Everyone tells us that they’ve long been wishing for a short, highly targeted event for new home buyers that is restricted exclusively to serious companies specializing in products and services directly related to the construction industry. Industry response has been very positive – over a hundred exhibitors have already signed up for the City and Suburb HomeShow, and that’s only the beginning. Along with Voyer & Tremblay, sponsor for the first edition, visitors can meet with construction companies in charge of the most prestigious real-estate projects, including FCatania, with at least five projects on the South Shore and in Montreal, Corporation Proment, with its Vistal and Pointe Nord projects, Muhlhausen Cottages urbains, with its UK1 project in Hudson, Masterpiece Residence, with projects on l’Île des Soeurs and in Pointe-Claire for boomers and retirees, Adcom Construction, with its housing developments and eco-energetic houses, Construction Serge Rheault, with projects in Terrebonne, l’Assomption and Repentigny, Groupe Cholette, active throughout Montreal, and dozens of others. Don’t forget to visit our site for a complete list of exhibitors.
