To help visitors get around, exhibitors will be grouped according to themes and specialties. One section will feature specialized services and professionals, one section urban construction companies and real-estate projects and another suburban construction companies and real-estate projects. There will also be sections for construction materials and landscaping.

One special attraction will be the real-scale houses, similar to the model homes available on the market, that will be built inside the Olympic Stadium. The houses will be fully furnished, decorated and presented in breathtaking landscapes.

The construction industry is constantly evolving. Construction techniques, materials and all the products that go into home building change over time and adapt to buyers' needs. A major section of the City and Suburb HomeShow will be devoted to technological innovations and the latest cutting-edge materials.

1. Urban Homes : This section features construction companies and real-estate developments concentrated on the island of Montreal or other urban settings (condos, row houses, townhouses, duplexes, triplexes)
2. Suburban Homes : This section spotlights construction companies and real-estate developments specializing in suburban or semi-suburban homes (bungalows, single-family dwellings, duplexes, low-density condo units)
3. Houses to visit : The Show will highlight the builders of two model homes representing the latest trends in architectural materials and urban design
4. Specialized Products and Services : This section features specialized organizations, associations and companies including government agencies, cities, municipalities, MRCs, professional associations, mortgage, finance and insurance companies, consulting, design and architecture firms and Internet and telecom companies.
